It was hard to furl, and even harder to get a nice furl. We have been struggling with our Code 0 furler for ages now. I'm looking for advice on a top swivel for a Code Zero. The terminal is sewn directly into each sail and allows for much easier storage and movement of the sail, without the need of Harken’s steel torsional cable. Hey all, its been a long time since I last was on the SA forums, so long that I had to get a new login. I will no doubt also use your instructions for the tiller tamer as well. This means that these furlers can be used on a wider range of boat and sail sizes than Harken had ever envisioned. I use lashings to tension my shroud so I am not adverse to using them but your current method looks a lot cleaner. I am wonder how you adjust the tension in the picture without the lashing. In the video on your blog you show a lashing used to adjustment the tension however down the page a little way, the lashing is gone and you are using a more secure looking attachment method. I should have it done tomorrow but I have one question. I am now in the process of building your roller furler for my jib. I have used many of your ideas while rigging my Oughtred Fulmar.
